1. What do I get with a membership?

It's just like joining a club. You can specify the type of wine you'd like for your membership, and every month we'll select and send one bottle to you. With a membership, you'll get a 15% discount off everything in the store and free standard shipping.

2. How often is the membership charged?

Membership is charged monthly.

3. When can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel the membership at any time.

4. How to manage/pause/cancel my membership?

Enter your account page and click on Manage Membership. You'll see a list of all your memberships and you can select the one you wish to manage. From there, you can update your payment details, skip renewals if you anticipate not being able to receive a scheduled shipment, or pause or cancel the membership.

5. Do you do any discounts other than the membership?

Yes. You can subscribe to our email list where we send out promotional offers from time to time.

6. Can I buy anything without a membership?

Yes!

7. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 1-2 business days. We also offer same-day expedited shipping for "emergencies".

8. Do you ship outside of Singapore?

No. We only ship within Singapore.
