Made solely with grapes from Pritchard Hill, from vines fabled for producing the world's finest Cabernets, this incredibly balanced vintage leads with dark cherry and blackberry flavors, into a restrained and moderate body mid-palate, delicate for the style, ending in a luxurious wash of velvet smooth tannins.

Pair with Asian dishes such as red braised pork belly, crispy pork belly and Peking duck. Also works well with Western-style duck or goose dishes, and steak.
