This exciting Grenache pours a deep carmine burgundy hue, with intoxicating aromas and intense flavors of raspberries, strawberries and red cherries. Its medium acidity is buttressed with moderate tannins, not too leathery, with a hint of green stem perhaps. Lingering spice notes of white pepper and clove, with a touch of cherry cola and anise.
Great intensity to match Asian flavors featuring cumin and five spice. Try with roast meats such as pork belly, duck or lamb. Also a good companion to roast vegetables especially with carrots, onions or peppers roasted to caramelization.
