2022 Rosé of Cinsault | El Dorado

This beautiful copper/salmon pink Cinsault rosé presents with light raspberry and flowery aromas on the nose and a bouquet of watermelon, tart raspberry, cherry cola and rose petals on the palate. A light bodied, low alcohol wine with little tannin, finishing clean with some lingering acidity of lime.

Good with raw oyster, fish sashimi or ceviche, light rice and pasta dishes and salads.
